"Albert, I wanted to write and say thank you for taking me out on to the Arksas River. The trip I made with you on April 18th thru 21st was one that I will never forget. The 22lb. Blue Catfish that I caught was a personal record for me. I also wanted to tell you that the 11lb, 14lb, 8lb and the two 6lbers amount to the best fishing trip I have ever been on. Again thank you for this great experience. Also I wanted to say thank you for all your help in getting me in and out of the boat.  I know that I don't walk very good and I use a wheelchair you showed alot of patience with me.

Last time we went with you, my brother-in-law and I went with you to Kerr Reservoir on the River.  We caught quite a few catfish, about 50 if I recall.   Remember, that was the time when the River started getting lower, and we had to get out and drag the boat through the River until we got to deeper waters.  It was a very enjoyable time for us.  I think you may have gotten a bit spent having to clean all of the fish.  Rick was talking the other day that he would like to hit the Resevoir again.

 

What's the deal with using Danny King now and not Sure Shot?  I would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

Roger,  I have begun using Danny King Punch Bait simply because I want to teach my clients a punchbait technique that they can use later on.  Danny King's (also a very good punchbait) is widely available whereas SureShot is not outside of north Texas.
